If you have contributed to a project, and if the project fails to meet its funding goal, your contribution will be refunded to you after the expiration.

Refunds are handled however through Stripe.  RaiseVolume does not handle any financial transaction with either party.
If your refund does not arrive, please make sure you contact the project owner and Stripe.
