Q. What is RaiseVolume offering?

RaiseVolume offers a funding platform for anyone who wants to pursue with their idea and making their plan into a live project.

Q. How does raising project work in RaiseVolume?

• Our platform allows you to create your fundraising project. All you need to do is to set a fundraising goal, write your story, and add compelling photos and/or video whichever that would attracts your audiences to come to learn your project.
• Our team will then review your project and once your project is approved, You can share your project with your network so that more people learn about your project!
• We also encourage you to provide updates along with the project journey so that people see that you are seriously working on your project as well as attracting more funders.
• Depends on which type of endings you choose in the beginning of project creation.  Once it is ended, your fund will begin to go through the payment process and you will receive notification about the completion of your project or cancellation of your project due to in-completion through the mail.

The benefit of registering into RaiseVolume, is to have access to project creation and project dashboard so you can track your progress.

Q. What type of funding plan are there?

RaiseVolume currently offers 2 types of funding plans:

• Flexible
• Non-flexible

For the Flexible, there will not be a restriction of the funding amount at the end of the project, meaning you will be able to keep the amount funded in according with the percentile listed in the HELP CENTER.

For the Non-flexible, projects that do not meet the funding goal by end of the project expiration date, will be cancelled.  And all funds will be returned to contributors.

Q. How safe is my personal information?

We understand how annoying if a site cannot be trusted, therefore your personal information is only used on our site and with our affiliations, and will never be sold for profit.  

 

Q. How secure is your payment method?

At the end of your contributing process, you will be inputting payment info that goes to Stripe, which is a very secure intermediary source.  RaiseVolume does not store any of that information on our site which make it lesser chance to be leaked.

Q. How would the currency works for me if I am not residing in the USA?

RaiseVolume uses a third party payment gateway, Stripe.
